1. If it's in a different area code its not cheating! If you bang a girl or guy in a different area code, it's not considered cheating because of the “Vacation Law”. Everyone remember the "What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas?" This law is not exclusive to Vegas, and can apply to any location.
2. If it's a threesome, the two other lovers cancel each other out. Just like a base and an acid cancel each other out, the two people you're sleeping with negate one another. In turn, you're just masturbating and if your significant/insignificant other has a problem with you masturbating, you need to look for a new one.
3. If you sleep with a teacher it's not cheating. If you sleep with a teacher it falls under the category of “hands on tutoring” because it is for furthering your education.
4. If they are twins you did not commit adultery. This is why: since they are born with the same DNA it cannot be considered cheating. They are the same person!
5. It's okay to sleep with your girlfriend's mother. If your girlfriend complains about this, simply remind her that she came out of her mother's fun hole, making it null and void. How can she possibly be angry when she used to be inside her mom too?
6. If you sell yourself, then it cannot be considered cheating. This is a business transaction. If he/she has a problem with this, simply ask them “Where do you think I got the money for those earrings/game tickets you like so much?” They will be unable to complain, as they benefit from it.
7. Buying sex cannot be considered cheating. Again, it's a business transaction in a time of need. Your girlfriend should be happy you paid for a sex tutor. This will only help you to figure out what you want during sex. Solidifying your desires should be something she appreciates, as it cuts out much of the guess-work on her end.
8. Starring in an adult film will never be adultery. This is a job. When money changes hands you cannot consider this cheating.
9. Sleeping with your boss? Not cheating. You may ask why this cannot be considered cheating. Simply put, bedding your boss is a time-honored tradition. Whether to get a raise or just sow your oats, this is never considered adultery.
10. If you can’t remember it, it never happened. We have all had those nights we end up in the sack with some random person after too many spiked drinks. Well, if you can't remember it how could you have cheated?
